For anyone thinking of using Virgin (broadband not sure what their mobile service is like) bear in mind that my experience is that it is very hard to get to speak to them (set aside a lot of time) and when you finally do that they won't actually listen to a word you say and then redirect your call to some mythical phone.
You will probably save time by just writing to them direct, but even then they still won't cancel your contract after you have given 30 days notice. Finally when you send their modem back don't do what I do and absent mindedly assume that the package will reach its destination and lose the receipt.
I think their initial offer is good but the agro after that means it is something to be avoided if you have a life. Or even if you don't have a life.
