I don't know whether you are aware of this but UK2, a pretty large ISP has had serious problems lately with the failure to provide email for over three weeks. I spoke to a sales operator there today who told me that their support desk was in meltdown.
My interest is that the school where I work has suffered such failure which has rendered the business side of the school paralysed and UK2 have not had the ability to rectify the problem. This is worrying and I am sure many of you who may well be UK2 customers would be interested in the way a company of this size can fail, having a serious effect on your business. The frustration of submitting tickets (waste of time using telephone suport) and getting a rediculous, stock answer 36 hours later for THREE WEEKS has proved to be one of the most stressful periods in my career and I have been in IT for 20 years... any other poor souls out there?
