It has now been 3 weeks since i changed from dialup to broadband with ukonline...however i still dont have a broadband service
They said it was a problem for BT engineers or some flannel...the most annoying thing is that i had no internet fro the first week,and only found out from a friend that there was a dialup number you could use until the broadband service gets sorted out......
So yeah i got the dialup number from a friend who just happened to be with ukonline and had the same sort of problem...
Frankly its not really good enough...considering they're happy to bill me,even tho
i was recommended by another ukonline customer (where the free month?),and not even keep me updated with whats going on....
For anyones information i stay in 'the gorbals' GLASGOW.......if your thinking about getting a new ISP DONT get UKONLINE...:hrmph:
