i was advised by breathe's call centre that they had a server down which should be fixed in 24 to 48 hours and to call back then, has anyone else had this?
Yes, I called Breathe this morning and was told to reset my router. I told the guy I had done this several times but he insisted that if I reset it I should be ok. Call back after 10 mins he said.
I knew it woudn't work and had to go through the drawn out procedure of given my details again..long pauses inbetween at their end! He even wanted my login password, which I refused to give.
He then said it was a problem at Breathes end, lot's of Maxsurf customers had issues. Try again in 48 hrs he said.
It's a shame because although I had requested my MAC I was not 100% decided on migrating. This unfortunate 'issue' just as I recieved my MAC has helped make up my mind!
