Update: Busy signals today that mislead

Busy signals. Not.

Just to update. From about 2.00 am this morning some customers have experienced busy signals. At such an unsociable hour we are not busy. Oh that we were. Anyway, the fault is a BT fault, and some of their exchanges have stopped recognising the COLT unmetered number. Apparently BT can't go through checking thousands of exchanges, and so as we receive each call we notify COLT and they notify BT who fix the problem.

Fortunately, this has affected a minority of customers. If any customer has been unable to connect today please call the office and we will try and help. If you get a BT answerphone it will be because we are on the phone, so please your name, and your CLI and we will report it.

Many thanks.
