Upgrading from a HUAWEI B525 - recommendations?

Thanks, but would not touch Three with a barge pole. Suffered many years with them until I moved and was able to move to Vodaphone. I would rather set fire to my feet than have to deal with their customer service again.

You don’t deal with Tech Mahindra India, you order online, unlocked 4G Hub order arrives & you STAC out by giving Vodafone the STAC code to close the Three 30 day sim contract down, simples, no need to talk to a human at all.

Just put your current V number in, STAC code you got text from Three & the Three number, Voda tell Three to bugger off and close the account on your behalf. Any failure to the Three account closure & liability falls to Voda.

jobs a good ane pet.

they make you return them now apparently. You can still do this with MiFi but that's it

No you are mistaken, only 5G “Hubs” are on ‘loan’. It’s the only product Three has available on ‘loan’. Everything else is owned by the customer past the (not instore) 14 days return (from receipt) period.

4G Hub are owned by customer, free on 12/24m, £29 on 30 day term.

Nope, Tech Mahindra maybe tell you that but the terms & conditions are clear.

5G is on ‘loan‘, 4G is consumer owned, at completion of minimum term there is no return policy.

India are incorrectly applying the 5G terms or trying to stop a flood of 4G subsided modems leaving after 30 days.

Three U.K. have choosen to give £29 4G routers out on 30 day minimum terms. But their third party are saying otherwise.
