I tried to use my Vispa Broadband this morning at 9am and nothing doing. I checked the logs and it seemed to have vanished at approx 7am
I phoned them up repeatedly to ask what was happening and no reply, on hold music for 5 minutes each time.
I phoned up our Scottish office to see if they were affected ( I am in Devon) , they were too.
There is no information on the website, they aren't answering the phone and it's been down for hours.
Come on Vipsa, you can do better than this!
