Hi,

since yesterday I have no broadband. As I noticed my router connected to modem, ISP Virgin, gets weird address from DHCP - it's private address 192.168.100.10
I have no connection at all - I can connect to my router but can't open any site or ping any destanation. I can't also ping the given address (192.168.100.10 but I can ping default gateway for internet connection, which is 192.168.100.1)
Any ideas?
Is this Virgin problem or maybe mine?

Thanks in advance

and

I wanted to add that I restarted both devices several times plus I kept them both without power for whole night.

Not just Virgin?

I have spoken to several people, who all said that they had broadband problems/outages on the 17th December. Tiscali was mentioned as one ISP.
Perhaps a bigger problem than just Virgin?
