I posted a few weeks ago regarding a firmware upgrade effecting the 2.5G port on the hub.
Factory reset resolved it.
Once again last night a firmware update has caused the same similar issue.
It seems to work if the port is plugged into a single device but not a network switch.
This appears to be a known issue. Virgin Forum
Looks like the 2.5Gb internet port when connecting to a 2.5Gb network card, now breaks unless 802.03az (Energy Efficient Ethernet) is disabled on my network switch (2.5gb) or my desktop direct.
You may need to go into device manager on your network card, advanced, find energy efficient Ethernet and turn it off
IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE on D-LINK DMS 108 8 port 2.5Gb switch
