So I’m gonna start the off by saying I had a £4 personalised upgrade offer which took me from 350 meg to 500 meg, for said extra £4 a month
No, I ordered it on the 10th of January with an estimated activation date of the 12th of January (it’s usually immediate, so I don’t know why they made me wait) the activation date came and went and I did not get the upgrade, and I still haven’t got the upgrade
I went onto the Virgin Media Whatsapp chat again today and they stated that such an offer does not exist, apparently it’s a new customer offer which is why it didn’t work??!!! They proceeded to say, don’t worry, you could have the same thing for £44 a month, rather than, 36. So I will raise a complaint with Virgin Media again, as it seems that the staff don’t even know what they sell.
