Howdy folks.
We have VM at home, and I want to buy an O2 sim.
I don't want to buy it through virgin, because the broadband is in my wife's name, and I don't want her to pay the bill or get credit checked. My question is, if I get an O2 SIM and Virgin media upgrades our broadband speed to the next level, will our broadband contract remain the same? because there's no way we're extending the VM contract. We've got 10 months left and Youfibre is building the town and my street (already cabled up, just not live). But if they won't sign us up to a new contract/extend the existing one then of course i'd like to take advantage of a free speed upgrade and free data boost on the phone SIM.
Thanks.
