I'm looking to move to community fibre, but im just checking that the provided Linkys Velop router can be put in Modem mode? I need to use it with my Ausus XT8 Mesh router.

Cheers
J

Believe you can, it's called Bridge Mode.

i've very recently moved from virgin media to community fibre. Community provide two devices one is the ONT where the actual fibre connection plugs into and the other is a velop router. There is no need to put the velop into bridge mode. All you need to do is connect your ASUS router directly into the ethernet to ONT and you'll be fine. Just make sure you power down your asus router and the community fibre ONT before plugging it in.
