Hello. For well over 24hrs from 1/09/07 I have not been able to retrieve my email messages from my virgin.net email address either by Outlook Express or the virgin website. I have spent at least £7 talking to "wallies" who first of all told me it wasn't at their end.Then because they can't log on to my account it must be at their end. I have a free phone number 08000524329 given to me sometime ago which states they are having problems yet the 0906 people deny they are!
Is anybody else having these problems. And is this par for the course?
