Hi,
1) The speed is ABSOLUTELY NOT "really fast" as it stated, for example, the ping to any game severs after 1600 everyday and weekend will be more than 200ms. Gamers should avoid this ISP. In addition, sometimes even the connection will be long time lost without any reason. It happened so frequently!!!
2) Its contract is full of traps & small print. In my case, my contract length is by the 31st of October this year. In September i called to close my account after the contract finished. They actually ignored my request and say it is too early to do this. When I call them today (17th, October) about the progress, they said since I did not formally inform them on the EXACT DAY 1st, October, my contract cannot be finished until the 15th of Nov. That means I have to pay another full month rent for the whole Nov even I would not to use it !!!! They never emphasis on this point. It is definitely a TRAP!!
3) Virgin media disconnection department staff said that it is due to my fault without reading the small print, and they said EVERYONE EXCEPT ME knows about their policy! Please forward the below fact to everyone who use virgin media to check if the know this. Cheers.
