Are we the only ones who have not been able to connect to Virgin's 247 dial-up for 3 weeks or more. Have spent a fortune ringing their premium rate technical support line to no avail, they suggested it was a computer problem our end. All checked out and in fact we have new PC and 247 still will not connect. Emails to their technical support, just asking to check that we are inputting correct connection number go unanswered. Could this be anything to do with the fact that they are offering broadband for the same price as 247 and have plans to ditch the 247 service ?
