Why am I still not receiving 20mb? I'm only receiving 10... Or how long will the upgrade take?
The posters IP details suggest a cable user. As Timeless said, there could be all sorts of reasons why you might not be receiving the full 20Mbps. It could be down to the ISPs traffic management, local congestion, fyou might be one of the few still on their old analogue cable network instead of the newer digital one, apispossibly even problems with the onlie servers/services that you’re testing with.
I think we’d need a little more information about your situation. Have you put this question to Virgin yet?
