Looks like Vodafone are following EE and putting roaming charges back in place within the EU from Jan next year

Vodafone UK became the latest operator in the country to reintroduce roaming fees for users travelling in Europe.

Out of interest do OFCOM have the legal power to force mobile operators to offer free EU roaming? Probably would never happen even if they did, but curious to know!

No, that would require legislation from the Government, which would be difficult to achieve as EU operators cannot be held to rules set solely by the UK.
