When did you sign up to Vodafone? Existing customers (other than a "small number") didn't get it at launch.

Customers with a compatible handset who signed up to a Pay Monthly contract after 24 February will have 5G Ultra added to their plan automatically at no extra cost, as will all new and upgrading customers from now on.

A small number of people are already receiving 5G Ultra. Eligible customers will be added in a phased approach over summer 2023.
I upgraded on 3rd July and a colleague on 16th July both have no access as I stated earlier there is a number of posts online in forums and Vodafone’s E Community all have the correct equipment, in SA enabled areas and have upgraded but still no access. Vodafone staff have confirmed this to me and others even the directors office couldn’t get it sorted for a user .

I do not doubt that there is a number of enabled cells but it appears this is still just for staff testing who would of course be uploading to CellMapper as well.

I personally have tried to use it in Birmingham, Cardiff,Manchester and London but to no avail I have spoken to various technical people at Vodafone all of which said no way to enable on accounts

This would also explain why they will not let journalists have trial devices to go out and test

If you look on cellmapper and select 5G NR for Vodafone UK you will clearly see 5G SA masts that have been mapped by users in the areas vodafone advertise. So yes 5G SA is real and is available to some users.
Thanks for the hint, I can now see some cells are stating SA system subtype but also noticed the last updates for most of these were May/Jul/Dec 2022, so no more SA since then I assume?

Likely just not been mapped since those dates

Does ee or o2 have 5g sa ? Cellmapper shows they do indeed have 5g sa just like Vodafone, mainly in similar areas aswell I wonder if they are all somewhat sharing the mast sites for 5g sa

5G on Vodafone.

Trying to imagine what it is like.
