Did you request it by text?I am now able to get into my Voxi account online, not sure if it is connected but I requested a STAC last night, which I got, but now won’t use. Wi-Fi calling is working now as well.

Interesting. I've sent a text as well, wonder if I'll get something similar!Yes to 75075. A few hours after requesting it I got a text saying we have now activated your sim
I've yet to have any message saying the sim is activeThe activation text came through next day, even though the sim was already active
I did. I have the receipt and the 'contract' on my email.Did you not buy a Voxi plan?
If you log into Vodafone rather than VOXI, what do you have on there?I think Voxi is just a version of Vodafone prepay, the network at the top says Vodafone UK and the APN setting is PP.Vodafone which I presume stands for prepay, also the STAC code was a Vodafone one.
Maybe you should start the process again with a new sim and different email address. After requesting the move to VOXI, buy a plan wait a couple of days then do a STAC request.
Trip abroad, because I think the same add-ons are available in Vodafone PAYG?I'm honestly not in that much of a need for it, I only did it because I needed a temporary sim for a trip and I fancied giving the loophole a try!
Although, I might pop into the Vodafone store when I'm out (there's one just down the road) and see if anything shows up on their end. I'm not sure what they can do with VOXI though other than sell it.
No, it just happened to be somewhere that Three didn't have service! Every network but Three had signal there!Trip abroad, because I think the same add-ons are available in Vodafone PAYG?
Interesting as I only did mine last week.No such luck with mine - bought a PAYG SIM today & tried to swap to an eSIM. It took signal off the physical SIM but didn't email me the QR for the eSIM - think at this point I may just give up since it looks like other people on Reddit have had the same issue. Must be a process change on Vodas end![]()
That's bizarre - wonder what's going on behind the scenes to make it so unreliableInteresting as I only did mine last week.
