VOXI Unlimited video data counter bug & eSim trick

Hi everyone,
I would like to discuss two issues related to the VOXI.

1. VOXI Unlimited video data counter bug:
Having been a VOXI user for some time now, I've observed that under the plans with Unlimited Video, the usage stats remains static, implying unlimited traffic.

I am interested in gathering statistics to confirm if this holds true for everyone. Could you please share your experience?

2. VOXI eSim migration:
iPhone users on the latest iOS version have begun receiving requests to transition from physical SIM cards to eSIMs via Vodafone.
We've already completed several SIM card migrations ourselves.
Previously, it was necessary to procure a Vodafone SIM card, switch to eSIM, and then migrate within the network to VOXI.
However, the process has now been streamlined.

Could you please inform me if anyone else has successfully transitioned VOXI from a physical SIM card to eSIM?

Thank you for your feedback!

P.S. eSim migration process is currently irrelevant for Android users.

Ive just done it on my iPhone 15 Pro Max, works perfectly

The clever bit is that if you delete the esim from your iphone you instantly get an email with a new QR code.
Yeh, activation took an hour but to be fair the email/text said allow 24.

I'm on the £10 - 30gb plan on my main phone and I see my usage drop however I really got a second sim free (300gb) and it's not dropped one bit (using it to stream music and videos on for office radio). - I'm assuming it's dependent on the add-on you get with your plan.

2. VOXI eSim migration:
The option on iOS to migrate seems to be working fine - very easy which is what you need. - though the VOXI website still has no mention of this quoting: 'eSIMs aren’t available on VOXI… yet. We’re working on it. Feel free to check back in the future'

@Fil about 1. Yes, you need Unlimited Video included to your plan (available in 15£+ plans and sometimes in 12£).

Hi, @mikeliuk
Yes, it good idea. Could you please add poll for this with variant:
✓ Yes, with Unlimited Video plan
× No, with Unlimited Video plan

Because it's glitch connected to this part of plans.

I think you have to make a new thread or edit the existing one for that on Xenforo

Yes was a fun glitch, you can also use paid for data after porting out your number up until your renewal date.

When I was on Voxi last year, I had unlimited Socal and Video for £12 and my data never moved anywhere, apart from when I was roaming.

I like the Voxi proposition of unlimited social and video (and everything with the bug :) ) , if only they did EU roaming like their sister company, Talkmobile, I'd be happy to sign up with them again.
