I have had it with Wanadoo and their Technical Support and Customer Support - or lack of it.

So what did I do? Set up a website:

WanadooProblems.co.uk

It has received much attention from the media and has also caught the eye of Wanadoo - who have been in touch with me now.

Let me know what you think? GOOD and BAD please.

I thought that I was the only one experiencing problems with Wanadoo - apparently not.

The Register, ZDNet UK and PC Advisor have all taken up my case - and made it headline news! Thank goodness someone is listening...

I can assure anyone with Wanadoo problems - you are definitely not alone!
