We have an update!

Remember this anyone? "We will continue to add to this FAQ as required" if you are a V21 customer you should...it forms part of the 'Acquisition FAQ' on the Biscit website.
We now hear from CEO Hugh Paterson that ""We're focused on delivering Biscit-quality service to V21 customers in the shortest timeframe," and he goes onto say..."Unfortunately, we're not in the business of providing instant pancake mix, and we thank V21 customers for their patience."

Now forgive me if I'm in error here...but all the questions raised both here and on the V21 forum regarding such things as where to apply to cancel out or how much will it cost to migrate etc etc etc would seem (to me anyway) prime candidates to be added to that FAQ...
So have they been added? Have they chuff!
Has anything been updated on the FAQ since it was posted?
No it has not.

So just a friendly reminder to Mr. Hugh Paterson...(who may be wondering why we're 'not best pleased' with the whole deal so far)....Patience is a two way street.
Keep us informed & make available the information we require, and perhaps...just perhaps ...attitudes towards the Biscit acquisition of V21 may change.
It won't do that until people see that actions are forthcoming to back up the words...we're sick to death of words.
