A family member is on Smarty (Three) and just tried to make a phone call over the 4G Network.
The usual male voice from the likes of Three's customer service automated system and Voicemail came up with a message we've never heard before.
"Just a second, we're still trying to connect your call. Stay on the line and..." Then the message cut out and it started ringing as normal.
What was that? I'm only asking out of pure curiousity, but none of us in the room had ever heard that happen before. Just some random network glitch? Network congestion? (I thought VoLTE was supposed to resolve this)
All calls are going straight through as usual since then. But has anybody else ever heard this before or have any idea what technical event had to take place for it to play?
