Lost my internet connection from 14:00 ish, never really got it back until today.
Mon – wouldn't start until after 9:20am
Tues – died half way through the day, but eventually came back
Wed – intermittent loss of service
Thurs – miraculously service was OK
Fri – see above.
Phoned them, they said there was some work in the area, but should be working in a couple of hours. Phoned again at five and got a recorded message saying problems in CR0 area. Looked on their site today, no mention of CR0 yesterday, only CR2.
I wouldn't mind so much if this was a one off, but the service has been like this for months, with no explanation or seeming end.
But what really makes my head want to implode, is its suppose to be a 4MB service and is still being touted as unlimited. Surely this is now a trades description violation, if they are capping usage?
For a donkey it makes all the right noises, but it isn't going very far very fast.
Shouldn't someone report them to Trading Standards, or should it be the RSPCA?
So endeth the rant.
