Does as it says on the tin. I'm starting to think whether I use my phone too much, and what perhaps the averages are.
This was last month's usage for me.

Feeling scammed after taking out 5 lines @ £13.50/month “unlimited” (untrue) speeds with EE, after rises at around £18/month/line for 100GB with EE

I use max 65GB a month being the heaviest user- on average 30GB and most of that is Speedtest, because it’s a family plan all have to be the same, even though 2 of the members barely use 5-10GB a month

For my personal line, I’d pay £60 a month for unlimited EE if they were honest about the plans, I can’t believe they sold me as unlimited made me think I’m getting a good deal only to be have a friend on Lyca paying half for unlimited having better download speeds - no one else in my family would ever care about VoLTE or VoWIFI, what is a £100 a month bill could be £40 with better service

EE are a truly ignorant company who couldn’t care less about customer experience, they ignore everyone complaining when they are the only ones not to setup temporary masts at events, and that’s why O2 are so big, they maintain USEABLE service (although awful) at nearly all times, meaning you can send a WhatsApp message or make a WhatsApp call which they prioritise above all other traffic because although their congested most of their customer base will only ever notice if those tasks fail

I'm on a family plan with smarty, I like that all the lines can all be switched in terms of allowance just from the main one, whilst keeping the other "view only" accounts active so my kid can check his data without charging me £10000000 in add-ons by accident. There's 4 of us, I have 120GB for £10.80, partner is on 8GB for £6.40, eldest is 60GB for £9 and youngest is 4GB for £5.20.
It all works really well and if anyone ever runs out of data I can quickly buy a dirt cheap add-on (they also never expire which is nice - youngest has a 5GB Addon incase his actual plan runs out; it hasn't yet so it is just sat waiting incase he does, he isn't a very heavy user at the moment compared to my eldest but I'm just waiting for that to change with teenager years).

Total bill for us all is £31.40 and it all works great. 5G, VoLTE, WiFi Calling, the whole shebang. I love smarty, it's never failed any of us yet and I get a useable signal in so many more places indoors than any other EE user here thanks to B20 and B28 which EE refuse to deploy.

I don't think you can beet Smarty for handy features like that Bubbles, and all additions and plan changes can be done from their app, it's so flexible.
Less Malarkey more Smarty for sure. (y) 😊

Their app is great and it's bang on in the way of features and how it works, with the group owner being the one to manage all the plans and allowances with all the group members also having their own view only accounts so they can check the basics like data allowance but not charge me any more cash (I'm from Yorkshire). It's also nice that you don't have to have all the contracts in your name as you would with an EE or BT family plan, there's no contract at all so it doesn't do anything to my credit score Vs having 4 or 5 lines all in my name.

The best thing they could add to it now to absolutely murder the other networks is data sharing, so I can say send 20GB to my partner and 5GB each to my kids if we're going away since I rarely use all of my 120GB.

Never say never, you never know what the future will bring, the future's bright, the future's Smarty. (Getting coat as we speak)

Here's my typical use, don't laugh but can you tell everyone calls me? 😊

By the way, the whole 31 minutes this month was calling o2 to change my direct debit date.

I can sit anywhere between 40 and 100GB. My typical before speedtest usage is about 12-15GB a busy month might be about 20GB. My phone is for social media, music and YouTube streaming over personal hotspot when I’m travelling.

I have a second SIM which I have in my iPad. I’ve used 15GB of it this month. It has an unlimited data plan on it which works reasonably when I’m not in a Vodafone host control zone. I often just end up tethering my iPad to my phone though because O2‘s network.

That was last month. Spotify would probably use a hell of a lot more if I didn't download all my music, I have it downloaded just in case I do hit a zone of no service at work, down in the basement e.g. but it's rare.

Less than 1GB data personally, but of course the whole house is connected via 5G, god knows how much traffic we do.
Less than 100 minutes spoken (we use whatsapp or .ro voip phone for family, significantly more than 200 minutes).

@Bubblesthefish6 missed opportunity for a poll. ;)
