I'll echo what Matt said above - I signed up to Supahighway last May and have had several episodes of non-connection problems, dropouts and all the problems mentioned above. I'll stick with the contract to the end of May, but then cancel - hardly worth the hassle for 3 months ....
I'm lucky that I can surf during the day, but as soon as the schools close and kids start logging on for games/homework, connections go right down the tube. I had a connection at just 16Kbps the other day

but amazingly it was stable and stayed up for two hours - luckily I wasn't in a hurry <img src="graemlins/hrmph.gif" border="0" alt="[Hrmph]" />
Service has got SIGNIFICANTLY worse since Christmas - they must have realised they would get lots of new subscribers: why didn't they have the servers ready then?
