They have told me that there back up RADIUS is now processiing authentication requests . So it looks like it's just there web server thats still got the problems

Low and behold I am back online m8 :D

1220 and still no connection to SAT, connects but fails to authenticate on even a single channel. Wish I'd got a backup number to try as this is frustrating. Apparently some are able to authenticate, but not me.
My "standard" email proggy points to a domain I own, but I use SAT webmail to get SAT messages. I can't get at that without access to the website :(
Guess that CS are a little busy at the mo, but a quick post here would help ppl who appear to be "stuffed" just now.

DDoS outage

Hi Guys we don't normally respond in these forums as you know .

But here is the email everyone was sent this morning ;
----------------

"This affects SurfAnytime 128 and FireFly.

We have just been informed that the datacentre, NTT Verio, we co-locate our
webservers and primary radius servers have had a massive outage. While
authentication on our NTL, BT, and 0845 numbers are being authenticated by
our secondary radius servers located elsewhere, our new mediaWays number is
currently unavailable.

Email and user's webspace are unaffected.

Unfortunately, we have no estimate of when systems will return to normal.

----------------

We are doing everything we can to get the problem resolved and our systems fully functional again .

We apologise for any inconvenience.
