Where to get a Free Desktop Survey done?

Where does one go to request a free desktop survey from? Current ISP is plusnet and village is on no plans for fibre rollout (other nearby villages have had gigaclear but they don't seem interested in coming here).

Currently investigating options and getting to the stage where i would consider paying for a FTTPod install.

Also, i realise this is very much a "it depends" question, but being 600m from the FTTC cabinet and the street having the copper cables run through ducts in the pavement all the way to a local pole for a group of houses, roughly what would the cost be? (or what costs have people seen for similar situations)

Cerberus Networks offer free desktop surveys but the average cost for FoD is normally 8k+

So according to the gigabit voucher scheme site, I am not eligible for the voucher due to the potential to be included in a gigabit scheme (live in a rural village). I am not on any of the superfast mycounty plans, not even in the 2022-2026 category on the openreach plans site.. not quite sure what the government is classing as "soon"

Probably based on Openreach’s plan which at this point in time is 2026 at the latest to finish the majority of their fibre build.

Looking at the openreach map for my area, a lot of places are covered in the different phases but our village and a few neighboring ones are left out.
