I am wondering who's fault it is that it is taking forever for us to change from Demon Internet to UKOnline?
I am sick and tired of this. First of all Demon screwed up then it was UKOnline.
Let me tell you the story. We found out that UKOnline was cheaper then Demon. We decided to move. The first thing was that Demon did not disconnect us when they were supposed to but at that time we had internet and both of them started to charge. My brother phoned them up and we were eventually taken off Demon's books. Then UKOnline told us that we were going to be on sometime ago and to be honest I cannot remember the date. Then there was a problem with the code which was supposed to be sorted out this Monday and now will be sorted out next Friday.
From what I have read it seems to me that both companies have taken us for a ride. Now UKOnline been the decent company they are have put us on dial up while the code problem with Demon is sorted out. Shame that they can't invest in staff.
