Glad virgin is better for youHad my final bill today from three now my broadband account is closed. Said on the bottom (in small print) "As you are in credit, please call us to issue you a refund."
I've not paid them a bean for the last 3 month's and I get a refund for £17.50 when I leave!
So far being with Virgin has been a breath of fresh air, its so fast its just no comparison at all. Self installed the kit, texted "GO" and was online in less than 10 minutes.

Managed to find the Virgin M100 package for £24 a month (for 18 months) with a £75 Amazon voucher after 6 months with them. Works out £19.83 a month deducting the voucher.What package is that with Virgin? Seems extremely low speeds considering their minimum "normal" package is 50 I think?
