Zen silent / can I get out?

Hey folks. Four year customer of Zen, here.

For various reasons I have decided to move on. Chiefly however, this is related to just not getting a response from them via emails.

My contract expires on 30/03. I have selected a new ISP on a SOGEA offering.

If I put in a migration order with the new ISP now, would that constitute an early cancellation (and thus attract a cancellation fee) - even if the actual migration date is *after* the contract ends?

My apologies if this is a stupid question - but I don't want to get charged when I could just wait two weeks and move with fewer / no problems.

Cheers!

The assumption would be that, as the actual service end-date is post-contract, then you shouldn't run into any problems. But my cautious self would probably just say.. wait a little longer until 30th and then do it.
