A friend has always waxed lyrical about Zen, so after Openreach installed FTTP around here, I thought I would give them a go and signed up. The sign up has gremlins and I tried to reach Zen... oh dear. No reply to an email (1 week plus), no chat service available and several goes on the phone to get through without success.
If this lack of communication is usual, as several threads appear to suggest, I think I have made a mistake. Currently with Virgin on 200 Mbps which has been flawless and no problem with rarely needed contact.
What went wrong at Zen ?
