Zetnet - new start - different story?

Anyone had their 'welcome' e-mail from Zetnet yet? Thought not!
I'm a Surftogether home user. Does anyone have any guesses <img src="graemlins/hrmph.gif" border="0" alt="[Hrmph]" /> as to how ZN are going to translate the Clod 9 package to their own. Hopefully we might gain (web hosting maybe?) :D
Now, how many more faces can I fit in :) :( <img src="graemlins/nod.gif" border="0" alt="[Nod]" /> <img src="graemlins/smiletear.gif" border="0" alt="[Smiletear]" />
Frisby

Frisby, I've just posted a response from ZetNet on the C9 forum. Ithink it looks very positive.

I'm not going to use any Smilies this post. Trying to give them up u know! eek

Frisby,

Surftime (0844) customers shouldn't have any problems - Zetnet already offer surftime based access for a similar price to C9. I guess that FRIACO customers are more problematic, but Zetnet will probably just take over the running of C9s surfport 24 () ports.

Anyone know if we have to change access numbers?

It is our intention to get service up and running as they were before we think about moving customers to our services - so no changes should be required.

Friaco should continue to fuction as it was with Cloud 9

Jon,

That has to be one of the more unfortunate typos I've ever seen........

Have to say, though, how generally I've been extremely impressed with your side of handling this unfortunate situation, to the extent that I'm now rather looking forward to becoming a SurfTime client with ZetNet!

Hello Jon

Welcome to the forum.
Would you please e-mail Mark.J on killzat@ispreview.co.uk and he will make you a membership where you will be seen as representative for Zetnet. This helps when posting in the forums. It also stops others from posting as unregistered and creating confussion with members. Helping them to see who is the Zetnet representative.
Thanks

Just spoke to a Zetnet representative.

She was very helpful. She did tell me that they have loads of work to do and are working hard to get this mess sorted out as soon as possible but the scale of the problem is huge and will take a little time to sort out.

Give them a chance.
