"Remembering the last update on VD and our conclusion, these intelligent readers didn't have trouble putting two and two together"

ISPr never publishes any rumours unless at the very least it is or has a credible background and nature. Having published this investigation we'll maintain updates on the situation, either way VD subscribers should contact VD or their credit card company for a refund

What happens next is really up to VD, they MUST contact EzeSurf and arrange to have things cleared up, if not then Trading Standards will become involved. This could present legal action and implications for the fake ISP; we've done our part so it's up to them and their customers. VD also needs to make a public apology and inform ALL their customers.

Sorry we didn't bring this to the VD subscriber's attention sooner, we wanted to show that we can be lenient on ISPs when they do something wrong. Sadly in doing so we forget our number one interest, the readers, many of which use VD. Another issue was the time it took to put such an investigation together, VD has wasted our hours, days and even weeks when we could have been doing more productive work.

Investigation Ends..
