1. Can you *Guarantee* that WOL can/will transfer over ALL those people wishing to leave before the Deadline 6/11 Oct (after all this looks like being a mass exodus well in excess of the numbers BT couldn't deal with)?

1. those who have been with WOL for the last 18 months or more and decide to stay voice only, are they entering a new contract and will they be charged £18 if they decide to leave wol at a later date?

As they have been with us for more than 12 months they will not face a cease fee.

2. I have 2 lines which are now both Freedom Lite, I get 50hrs on both plus an extra 20 hrs the one of my choise. This will cost me 5.98 on top of the 2 line rental fee's. My question is, Can I have all the hours applied to 1 line?

3. Can one carry unused time accross from one month to the next to build up a safety barrier, it is going to be between 1st month and 1st month isn't it? (not 11th to 11th surely).

It will be calendar month based, but you cannot carry minutes over.

4. Does 1p/min mean being charged 1p for a one minute call if it isn't to check e-mail or if their is an auth error (common on WOL sometimes) then you loose 5 mins of time or are you just counting the time logged on to the RAS but if you do that then on the Bill the time will be more and some people will end up being charged??
