Community ISP CLANNET has this week launched a new free wireless internet (WiFi) hotspot service in the North Yorkshire (England) market town and civil parish of Leyburn (Wensleydale), which is home to around 2,500 people.
ISPreview.co.uk understands that the new network was established after securing funding from several sources including the Mary Portas Fund, the Leyburn Town Council (LTC) and the local Leyburn and Mid-Wensleydale Business Association (LMWBA).
