Buckinghamshire-based UK business ISP MLL Telecom has announced that their long standing CEO, Gary Marven, is to retire after 10 years in the job and hand over to new boss Shaun Ledgerwood. Gary will however remain a Director of the business.
The new CEO, Shaun, is said to have worked in the telecoms sector for 20 years, growing a variety of technology businesses across the UK, Europe, Asia and North America, most recently as CEO of a London-based IT managed services provider. During his career Shaun has worked for Cable & Wireless, KPNQwest, Sprint, NextiraOne and most recently Niu Solutions as CEO.
Shaun Ledgerwood said: “I’m delighted to be taking over at MLL Telecom. Under Gary’s leadership, the business has pivoted from its microwave technology roots, to become a highly respected, specialised and valued partner for both public sector organisations and mobile operators. MLL Telecom can be extremely proud of the leadership position it has built in fibre connectivity. The business will continue to invest in product and service innovation to add further value to new and existing customers.”
