Mobile operator Vodafone UK has announced that their offer of free access to unlimited mobile data (mobile broadband) for NHS workers and vulnerable customers has been extended to run for 6 months (originally 30 days). On top of that they’ve also added care workers to those eligible to claim the offer.
Care workers who are Pay Monthly customers can redeem the unlimited data offer by going to keepconnected.vodafone.com keepconnected.vodafone.co.uk and entering their employer’s name and address and their email. Anyone working for the NHS who isn’t registered as such with Vodafone needs to enter their NHS email address. Once the details are verified, they will be automatically upgraded to the offer and notified.
Vodafone will be automatically provisioning the Pay Monthly customers it has listed as working for the NHS or flagged as vulnerable in its systems. These customers will be informed by text message. The offer will now be valid for 6 months from the date of redemption and “we will provision all NHS staff applications and the first 250,000 care workers who apply.”

The offer will be open until 6th June 2020, which means eligible applicants could be benefiting from unlimited free data until 5th December 2020.
Vodafone UK CEO, Nick Jeffery, said:
“We are so pleased to be able to extend our original offer for NHS workers and our vulnerable customers, and to be able to now add care workers in recognition of the amazing contribution they’re making at this time. We will continue to do what we can to say thank you to those on the front lines doing such valuable work in this crisis.”
End.
Any ideas if this will this be coming to voxi?
