Business ISP Air IT Gobbles MFG UK and INFINITY IT Solutions

Managed communications provider and broadband ISP Air IT, which also already made eight acquisitions in the past year, has today continued their acquisition spree by gobbling up Reading-based MFG UK and Uttoxeter-based INFINITY IT Solutions for an undisclosed sum.

The new additions will bring Air IT’s headcount up to 270 and, as a result, they now have a total of 9 offices across the UK, including their Nottinghamshire headquarters.

Backed by August Equity since January 2020, this also marks the fourth time the IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) has acquired two similar businesses simultaneously – the first pair last October, the second in December and the third in March.
