Making a Complaint
ISP's must receive at least 2 new/unique complaints within 7 days to be listed and the list will be reset each new year (ISP's drop out of the list when no more than 2 unique complaints have been recieved after two weeks). In order to make a complaint all you have to do is follow the next few steps:
- Click our complaints only e-mail address 'HERE' to start the mail system.
- In the subject type ' COMPLAIN: ispname ' (ispname = your isp).
- Briefly explain your problems and send the mail.
- Please only complain about one ISP at a time and don't repeat unless the ISP has been removed from the 'current' list below.
TISCALI (PIPEX) COMPLAINTS: If you include your username, full name and clear permission to do so in the first line of your complaint e-mail, then we can try to fast-track your problem with Tiscali by forwarding the difficulties to somebody in a more senior position.

- Status Notes - Pipex complaints now included in with Tiscali's.
- Details - Customers have continued to complain about a raft of problems with this ISP, most commonly marking out poor support as being the biggest issue followed by connectivity and speed issues.
- UPDATE (12/06/2009): 3 New Complaints - Poor support, billing errors and email problems.
