Business ISP Unicom Upsets Tommy from Cannon and Ball TV Fame
UK ISP Unicom (VERASTAR, Universal Utilities, Business Comms Solution etc.), which seems to have made a habit out of creating angry customers and were even fined £200k by Ofcom as a result (here and here), has now even managed to irritate Tommy Cannon from the legendary Cannon & Ball duo.
Ordinarily have to be a person of a certain age to have a full appreciation for the comic styling of Cannon & Ball (count me as one of them), but as it happens Tommy Cannon has recently been involved with the popular Celebrity Masterchef TV show and thus more people are probably familiar with him than before.

Needless to say that poor old Tommy isn’t too happy with Unicom and he joins a very long list indeed, which includes ordinary people, various MPs, quite a few small businesses and of course Ofcom.
Never received such awful and disgusting customer service than I have from Unicom telecommunications!
