Business ISP Internet Central, which is one of the UK’s oldest internet providers, has announced that Neos Networks are helping the provider to upgrade their network capacity and capabilities into the gigabit broadband era across the Midlands and Northwest of England.
Internet Central delivers both leased line and private network services to its customer base, which typically consists of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) and large national organisations. As part of their 5-year partnership, Neos has supported the migration of seventeen 1Gbps circuits, while seamlessly upgrading services across several of their customers’ sites.
IC’s customers now benefit from enhanced 1Gbps connectivity and a network that can scale bandwidth flexibly and cost-effectively, enabling them to adapt when customers demand even faster speeds in the future. “At Internet Central, we pride ourselves on delivering a personalised customer service and it’s clear that Neos Networks shares the same mission. Our account team at Neos Networks knows our business and anticipates our needs. As a result, we’re able to focus more time and expertise on delivering great services for our customers. It’s been fantastic to see the partnership grow over the last few years and we can’t wait to see what’s next,” said Marie Wheeler, Commercial Director at Internet Central.
