UK ISP TalkTalk Slashes Plus TV and Unlimited Broadband Bundle to £10

Budget ISP TalkTalk has cut the price of its triple-play unlimited broadband, TV (IPTV / YouView) and anytime UK phone calls bundle from £15.50 to £10 a month for the first six months of service. A free £50 Love2shop voucher for new customers has also been included.

As usual new customers will need to live within range of the ISPs unbundled (LLU) telephone network to get the stated prices (it covers around 94-96% of the UK population) and you’ll also need to take their Line Rental from £10.50 a month (i.e. when paid 12 months in advance) or £15.40 a month as standard.

The new offer is only available to those who order online and customers that also require a new phone line to be installed will sadly NOT receive the £50 voucher, although they will benefit from a free new line installation. TalkTalk’s YouView based TV service also requires that you have a minimum line speed of 3Mbps (5Mbps if you take any of their TV Boost add-ons like Sky Movies or Sky Sports etc.).

The TV itself is generally offered as a free self-install product but an optional half-price £25 engineer install is available, which is handy because they’ll also attempt to improve the speed of your broadband line if possible. On top of that you can add a superfast broadband (FTTC) connection from an extra +£10 per month.
