Sheffield-based ISP Ask4 has once again expanded its uncapped 50Mbps (Megabits per second) broadband service, this time to 20:20 House in Leeds, which claims to be a prestigious development of 242 high-specification apartments, micropads and also includes commercial office space.
Ask4 claims to be seeing “increasing demand” for its services to apartment buildings across the UK and is likely to be investigating future opportunities for further expansion.
Oliver Riddle, Business Development Director at ASK4, said:
“The addition of ASK4′s internet services will allow tenants at 20:20 to immediately connect to the internet at 50Mb/s with no requirement for a telephone line, no caps or usage limits and importantly for short term tenancies, no contract.”
Last month Ask4 saved the customers of South Yorkshire ISP RiPWiRE, which suddenly ceased trading on 1st February 2012 after experiencing a host of “commercial and technical issues” with the financially troubled Digital Region network (here).
