TescoMobile customers are being offered the chance to have 12 months of free home broadband with an “unlimited” usage allowance (fair usage policy applies) when they also take out Tesco’s line rental service for £13.75 a month (i.e. saves £6.50 a month off the normal broadband price).
The new offer, which applies to all of the operators new and existing mobile subscribers (i.e. pay monthly, payg or SIM-only), is only available to those covered by Tesco’s unbundled (LLU) C&W based fixed line broadband network and anybody else will have to pay £7.50 per month for the internet service.
