Doncaster based ISP Origin Broadband, which operates over the financially troubled Digital Region network in South Yorkshire, has begun offering free installation and three months half price service in a bid to encourage more customers to adopt its superfast broadband (FTTC) packages.
Oliver Bryssau, Managing Director of Origin Broadband, said, “Although we’re already the cheapest Digital Region provider, some people still think that getting fibre optic broadband is expensive. Now we’ve removed the installation fee and made the first three months half price, we believe that great speeds are now in reach for everyone“.
Origin claims to be the “most successful” ISP on Digital Region’s network, which is difficult to assess as we don’t know how many customers each provider actually has.
The offer starts today and will end on December 31st 2012.
