The latest annual 2026 UK Fast Growth Index has just been published and this year’s edition includes three alternative full fibre broadband networks – GoFibre, Toob and Fibrus. The full list ranks the 200 fastest-growing companies across each of the seven UK nations and regions every year.
One caveat to consider here is that being one of Britain’s fastest-growing private technology companies doesn’t always equate to overall success, particularly when some of those broadband operators are still in the rapid build phase and so are racking up debts faster than they can grow customers or profits etc. Nevertheless, it’s still good to be placed in lists like this, even if it doesn’t always reflect the full picture.
The full list can be viewed online, although we note that it ranked GoFibre in 53rd position with a 2025 turnover of £7.5m and a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 384.2%, which was directly followed by Toob in 54th (turnover of £26.1m and CAGR of 373.5%) and then Fibrus all the way down in 91st (turnover of £24.4m and CAGR of 261.3%).

Take note that each operator ranked higher when filtered to their respective regions of primary network focus. For example, GoFibre comes 4th for Scotland, while Toob ranks 10th for the South of England and Fibrus comes 3rd for Northern Ireland.
