Twice I have been with Plusnet and twice they left me with no service! The second time for over a month! I had to buy myself out of contract and then after much sharing on social media, they agreed to part refund me. They blamed my line, even though it worked before and after perfectly with other providers. Plusnot.

…and for the sake of balance
I’m with plusnet and have been since 2007 and have had no problem with them.

I am with Plusnet business and their support has done their best to keep the Openreach superfast 0.5mbps connection performing.
