UK ISP PlusNet Cuts Unlimited Business Broadband and Phone Price

Monday, September 8th, 2014 (2:21 pm) - Score 313

Internet provider PlusNet Business has reduced the price of their ‘up to’ 17Mbps capable standard unlimited broadband and phone bundle to £5 +vat a month for the first 12 months (£13 thereafter), with line rental at £10.50 (standard payg call charges) on a 24 month contract.

The package also includes a free wireless router (Technicolor 582n), unlimited email, UK based 24/7 customer support, one free website domain and 250MB of webspace. A Static IP address can also be requested.

In addition, customers can add Anytime calls to UK landlines for +£4 per month. Alternatively Anytime UK calls can be bundled with +500 minutes to UK mobiles, US mobiles and landlines in the ISPs top 20 international locations for +£12 or paying +£19 will get you 1000 minutes.

Line Rental £10.50 is probably excluding VAT

  2. Mark Jackson Mark Jackson says:

The use of +vat is already highlighted in the first listed price. After that you should assume everything which follows is +vat unless we state otherwise.

Agreed Mark it is also clear on Plusnets Business site when looking at any package it states at the very top “Prices exclude 20% VAT”. Plusnet are not trying to deceive.
