BT Asks – Would You Like FREE Chocolate With That Broadband?

Friday, December 12th, 2014 (9:20 am) - Score 784

As promotions go this one is certainly odder than most, which makes it worthy of a mention and that’s probably why they did it. In short, new customers who subscribe online to BT’s broadband, phone and or TV bundles, between now and 18th December, will also receive a free Cadbury’s Selection Stocking (chocolates).

Precise details of what the Cadbury’s Selection Stocking actually contains or what it looks like don’t appear to be mentioned on BT’s website, although we can hazard a guess that it’s probably akin to one of those £4 boxes like this. The promotion is in addition to BT’s existing price discounts, reduced 12 month contract options and not to mention their £25 and £50 Sainsbury’s vouchers.

Something to eat while you wait for laggy webpages to load on Infinity 😀

BT should start doing telecom services for a change!

Is the chocolate coming from one distribution point and the amount that you get is directly proportionate to how close you live to that distribution point?

I imagine if a bag of chocolate buttons is included the amount of buttons you get are rationed accordingly 😉

Nice a referral link to a £4 (now £7) box of chocolates! If you’re going to link like that at least be honest about it and mention it in the post.

Blimey. Someone needs to use the re-pricer tool if they want to get decent sales.

The price was correct at the time of posting but we don’t control Amazon. Related links are usually picked up automatically and converted on the fly, but sorry if you felt it was dishonest, despite being a genuine example within the context. We do reference this in the sites terms.

Ultimately ISPreview.co.uk wouldn’t exist without some promotions, which is the trade-off you make for a free internet and the many hours we spend each day writing and developing new content.
